Hi, I had similar symptoms with stomach pain and also don't have periods due to depo and when the doctor looked at my cervix she said the same thing, referred to gynaecologist and he said that I had cervical ectropian, had biopsy taken on Friday to check it's nothing else but I honestly wouldn't worry as it is probably also ectropian as it is mostly caused by the mini pill :) 

It's very worrying hopefully your results come back ok I'm hoping to get my appointment next week as it will have been 3 weeks of the brown discharge I just keep hoping I'll wake up and it will stop as I've never had it before 

Thankyou, yeah the waiting is the worse, I was put on the 2 week urgent referral and this was back in November and only just had my appointment this week it's shocking but fingers crossed it won't be long for you 

When's do you have your appointment I've called and have been told to wait I'm absolutely panicking becouse the brown discharge started to get lighter so I had intercouse with my partner little bit uncomfortable, in the morning when I wiped I had a slight pinky watery discharge when I wiped them the brown discharge has come back I'm absolutely scared to the core I have a feeling something is sooooo wrong I'm thinking of having the scan done private 

I'm just waiting on results now and been told it could be up to 6 weeks. Because of COVID they're delaying these sorts of appointments which is awful as it creates so much aniexty! I enquired about going private too but the waiting list is also so long. Was your last smear test all okay? If so I really wouldn't worry x 

I'm not due a smear till September and they won't do one any earlier I had cin3 a few years ago and had to have smears done every 6 months 5 times then went to yearly now it's every 3 years so I need to wait, I'm going to phone doctors Monday and see if I can speed it up if not I'm going to go private i just want someone to say your fine don't worry I just can't understand why I would have brown discharge for nearly 4 weeks 

I'm guessing you had treatment for cin3? All I can say is just keep ringing them until you get somewhere. Yeah I only had mine on and off so I'm not sure 

I've spoken to a few freinds who work on gyno wards in hospitals and all have told me to push for it I should of been seen in 2 weeks it's just not normal is it fingers crossed for your results xxxx

Yes definitely the appointment I got for my biopsy was actually a cancellation which if I hadn't of rang I'd still be waiting so definitely keep ringing! Thankyou I will let you know the outcome :) xx
