Female, 19 years old, but I think there may be something on.

Hello everyone. This will be my first post so I'm sorry if I apologise if I post it wrong or something.

To start things off, I'm a VERY health anxious individual (as in I will feel ill and will then assume I'm going to die. It's dramatic I know, but I honestly can't help it), but this is something I think could be genuinely wrong with me.

My problem is, is that I appear to have a movable lump that sits just below my right ribcage. It's able to be felt by touch at all times unless I'm lying down. Size wise I'd say it's not small but not bigger than average if that makes sense? Sometimes it will feel a tiny bit tender, but most of the time there's no sensation from it. I also experience constipation everytime I go to the toilet, but that may be because I don't eat fibre much (yes I know I should, but as a student it's hard to eat properly sometimes lol), but I thought I would mention that since as of today there was a tiny bit of blood after I wiped. I don't know if thats caused by the constipation nor do I know if the constipation is caused by the lack of fibre or the mysterious lump that i mentioned at the start.

if anyone could give me advice that would be great. Weather it's your guess in what it may be (worse case or if it's probably nothing) or if I should go to the doctor or not.
