Diagnosed with inflammation of chest wall and left breast

Good day ,I,v been diagnosed with inflammation of the chest wall and left breast , this was over 18 months back the hospital consultant said it would go in time May take 6 months May take a year , I still have considerable pain in my left breast which leads to my shoulder and left arm , the last 6 months it's everyday, where as before it came and went , getting worried now  seen my Gp who examined me was in a lot of pain , proscribed anti inflammatory tablets and told go to A&E if gets any worse , think the hospitals have enough to cope with at the moment but I can't sleep with the worry, I also get needless & pins in my left hand, could you give me any advice please , Regards Che

    I think if your GP told you to go to A & E if it gets worse, you could follow your doctor's advice and go there if you feel this is not getting any better and you need urgent attention or ring 111 if it is the weekend and you need some medical advice. It would be important too to mention to your doctor if you haven't done so already that you are getting pins and needles in your left hand. If you think that the anti-inflammatory tablets are not touching the pain, do get back in touch with your doctor. You could also ask to get a second opinion on this.
