Hi 

I had a hard lump come up on my neck about a month ago, I rang the GP and they said if it is still there in 3 weeks to phone again. The lump disappeared about a week later but I have noticed another lump on a different part of my neck. I'm quite concerned as I've looked up about lymphoma. I have also been experiencing hot flushes (face going red) and feel very tired. Are these possible symptoms of lymphoma?
