hi I have just found a lump at the top of my throat just where my chin ends and throat starts. I do not have a sore throat  but it tender to touch and uncomfortable if I put chin to chest. No difficulty in breathing or a cough and waiting to go in to have camera down to have look. Has anyone else had this. The small hard lump is directly Iin the middle not the side of my throat. I'm hoping it is not anything but just wondered if anyone has had the same kind of lump. Thanks
