It is common to have more than one cyst. I too had a cyst drained last week and was told I had a few others that they weren't drained and was told to go back if they became uncomfortable to have them drained but not to worry if the lumps were movable they wouldn't be cause for concern. 
I would go back to doctor if worried but take reassurance that the likelihood is it another cyst. 
I think once prone to cyst they do keep coming back but it is important as the same time not to be complacent espiecally if they feel different . 

It's seemed to be round the same place the first cyst was found. Il see if it goes in the next week or so then might call the doctor for more advise. It's make me worried I'm thinking it's just another cyst if it's not
