Hello Loxxy, 

Welcome to our forum. It wouldn't  be a nuisance at all to call them back and it sounds like it would be good idea actually to try and talk to a doctor about this. Do mention that the antibiotics didn't really work as it's come back but also that you have developed  lump in your left breast. Your doctor will want to be aware of this as they will be in the best position to tell you whether it needs further investigation. It is worth listing all these symptoms including the sharp pains you've been getting, the lump in your neck which has grown and the fact that you are feeling dizzy and feel tired and generally very unwell. 

If you feel you would like to talk to someone over the weekend, do ring 111 and you will be able to talk to a doctor about it. I think it's important that you manage to get through to a doctor when you can and have all this looked at.
