I've just been to the breast clinic after a 10mm nodule was found on my breast in a routine ct scan. I had a mammogram and ultrasound and they decided to do a biopsy. They said from the mammogram and ultrasound look completely normal so I'm just wondering why the biopsy? Has anyone else been told everything was ok and then the biopsy results showed something different? They were pretty sure it wasn't anything to worry about but got another 2 anxious weeks to wait now!
