Testicular cancer

I have a small lump that is painful upon touch at the bottom of the testicle, only on one, the pain is upon touch and mostly occurs after more frequent sex or masturbation, it feels like a testicular appendage torsion but those are at the top not the bottom, it does not feel like what is described or shown in testicular cancer diagrams, is this cancer or something else and I'd there any kind of treatment for this as I have not seen this specifically described online.

    i know it's been a long time since your post but I have something similar and am worried. I have a scan next week but curious as to what your result was, just so I can prepare myself mentally?
