I am 4yrs post menopausal and I had an ultra sound last week due to ongoing left side pelvic pain,leg & back pain and a very heavy feeling, the only way to describe it is ..I feel like I'm about to give birth .....I received a letter with an appointment tomorrow stating a consultant deemed it necessary to see me ... a bit worried... any ideas ... my ovaries are shrunk to minute
