im really worried. I went on a walk for an hour and it was freezing cold and as i got home my legs got really itchy. I didnt think much of it ncz my legs were frozen cold but then notice i got two large lumps that looked swollen on my thigh in the exact same place on each side. They sting when i touch them and i thought they may be blood clots i looked them up and got super dizzy and nearly passed out and whacked my head. Im not sure if the passing out is related but i also found it hard to breathe. My dad did a blood pressure test and it said my pressure was low. Please someone give me advice.
