I am 43, started periods age 8, had early menopause and havent periods for over 2 years. 

Tuesday, I woke up bleeding, it got heavier and heavier.  Doctor refered me for a transvaginal ultrasound and that showed endometrial thickness at 6.4mm and a cyst on my right ovary making it impossible to view that ovary properly. 

No free fluid or pockets.

I'm still bleeding today, Friday. Had Tranexamic Acid to slow it down which has helped a bit but have some pain.

Rhey did a CA125 blood test today and im confused because the letter says endometrial but that blood test is a marker for ovarian cancer? 

Im also just...terrified.  it was horrible to open a letter saying suspected cancer. I cant think about anything else.  I have an anxiety disorder and this just feels like too much to handle.
