I have a possible phylloyds tumor in my left breast was due surgery but tested positive for Covid at my pre op although I didn't get symptoms my surgery was postponed. 
While I'm awaiting a new date I have redness in my breast and it's hot to touch and a toothache type pain in my left arm? 
any one recommend what I should do.. should I contact my consultants secretary ?
