Hi Everyone 

Never thought I'd ever have to join this forum but here goes.

My mom was referred via her GP after mri/ct scan in December, where they have found lesions on both lungs and potentially spread to her spine and maybe her lymph nodes, it's been painfully slow with appointments and she had a biopsy on the 1st February, unfortunately due to her oxygen levels dropping they couldn't get a big enough sample they have now giving a date of another month away  (March) for a needle CT biopsy, she is barely eating due to sickness and pain but on meds to help with both. I appreciate with Covid things are slow but it the wait and delays are frustrating and not easy! Until we get confirmation treatment cannot start.

Has anyone else had delays or even tried going the private route any ideas or suggestions would be great.
