Im in Ayrshire Scotland and after a post menopausal bleed on 5th Dec, I had tests including a biopsy from lining of womb on 11th Jan at a 1 hour long urgent referral Gynaecology Clinic appointment with consultant and 4 nurses. It was the longest 97 days of my life. I have found sharing and reading others stories on here a huge help. You guys and Moderators were very supportive. I really struggled big time on various days and nights.
Because I was thinking the worst and got depressed and anxious more over the last few days, I called my Consultant's secretary late yesterday afternoon. She had my letter in front of her, she was about to post it. She read it to me and we couldnt believe it. Its Not cancer. Thats all I heard so will get the full info when the letter arrives later this week.
So please Don't read too much into everything abd don't give Up. I was convinced I had cancer. Can't get the smile off my face.
