Lletz treatment failed / hysterectomy

I was due to have Lletz treatment today but the doctor couldn't perform it as my cervix is too narrow and not enough left of it due to previous Lletz and cone biopsy. I was told the only option is an hysterectomy.
Should I get a second opinion/ ask if someone else can do the Lletz procedure?

I'm sorry to hear that your Lletz treatment failed and that now the only option which was presented to you is to have a hysterectomy.
