In need of some reassurance?

I'm 26 and a mum of two girls, 9 and 5.

Recently I've been having irregular bleeding. My periods have never been spot on anyway due to being on the contraceptive implant but probably the past month or two they've been all over the place and are lasting for about 2 weeks a time.

I came off my period 9 days ago, and I've been bleeding for the past 6 days. It's not heavy and there's no clots. I'd class it as spotting. Very mild dull ache in my groin during my actual periods. Not in any pain at the moment, no bloating, no back pain. I've lost weight but I am dieting so it's not unusual.

I haven't had a smear yet due to Covid and my own stupid fault. I'm ringing the doctors today but I'm just so so worried. I know there are loads of other causes more common than cervical cancer but my anxiety makes me think the worse! I'm still on the contraceptive implant it's due out in September this year but I'm hoping to get it out before then and try something else. I'm clinging onto the hope it's just the implant causing it or something so simple. I also had the HPV vaccine when I was at school so I'm clinging on to that too...

I just feel so sick with worry ️

Forgot to add..  I am booking a doctors app today. Just waiting for them to open so I can ring.

And I've also had pain in my groin.. Just like a dull ache but only when I'm actually on my period so I think that's normal.
