Mole/ freckle

Hi I was just seeking advice 

I was itching my leg earlier in the day and as I was itching it I was going over a mole/ freckle I'm unsure which it is but then I must of picked it off by accident and it started to bleed a little then stopped should I be worried I'm 19?

    If you're worried it would be best to get in touch with your GP as they're in the best position to examine your leg and let you know if it's any cause for concern.
