Hi.i was treated for breast cancer 5 years ago. I've been well since then thank goodness but there have been times since then when I've had tests to check a new symptom out or to check something that wasn't clear in a previous scan and it always turned out to be nothing. I always felt, this is it, it's come back and thankfully was proved wrong. It can take a while and a few tests before they have enough info. to reach a conclusion. I assumed 21st century scans gave definite answers but I've learnt that different scans give different info. so sometimes they need to run a few and then put it all together to reach a conclusion.They're just being thorough. Hopefully everything will be fine for you.
