Daughter told she has Cgin, due to have Lletz soon, worried

My daughter has been diagnosed with cgin , I am worried sick she has 2 little babies and I am so concerned she will need a hysterectomy or worse , she has to have a lletz very soon , this was diagnosed on coloscopy 2 weeks ago , anyone else in the same situation please thanks
