Appointment rather than letter for colposcopy results

In December 2019 I had my first smear test (I am turning 27 in a couple of weeks) and rather than a letter with results received a phone call - on Christmas eve(!) - telling me that the doctor needed to call and give me results on New Years Eve (!). It was a very stressful and upsetting Christmas while I imagined every possible bad scenario under the sun.

I ended up being told hours before mignight on NYE 2019-2020 that I had abnormal results and would need to have a colposcopy in January of 2020. I went for this and was told everything looked normal and to come for a follow up in January 2021.

I have recently had my year on follow up appointment at the colposcopy clinic (2 weeks ago) where they took a small biopsy and once again told me everything looked fine. Today I received a phone call telling me that my doctor will be calling me on Monday to discuss the results. I'm really looking for some reassurance because I'm now preparing to spend the weekend feeling extremely stressed and upset because of course it must mean that the results are concerning if the doctor needs to contact me and so quickly as well. It usually it takes 2+ months to get any appointment with my surgery.

The idea of any kind of treatment terrifies me as I spent the majority of my childhood in and out of hospital coping with an auto immune issue. I've never been given any specific information about the type of abnormality which was detected the first time round and my doctor's have never sent me any follow up letters. Despite the fact that this seemed okay last year, the lack of information I have and the waiting makes me unable to do anything including sleep and feed myself and I don't know if I can handle the stress from waiting for the next 3 days. I am concerned that because this time they took a biopsy and have already returned wanting to speak to me about results quickly it means there is something seriously wrong.
