I'm 31, since have my babies (oldest is 3) I have had really bad lower back pain, really painful ovulation and bloating all of the month.

the back pain mainly happens at night in bed and is worst when waking up in the morning, the bloating has become a constant thing not just around ovulation any more.

I have been in contact with my doctor yesterday who did bloods and waiting for results and now I just have to wait to a scan. 
Has anyone had symptoms similar, I feel like I have been ignoring them because life is busy but now I'm facing it, it's becoming worrying. 
 

Hope this doesn't sound silly just can't talk to my husband as he will worry more than me
