Just phoned surgery to ask if my biopsy results are back yet. Was told they are but no gp is free until Friday to call me to discuss them.
Is this a good sign or not??
Now I'm even more worried / frustrated.

It's difficult to read anything into this but I can understand the extra wait must be frustrating.
I hope you're able to get what you need tomorrow and to take the opportunity to discuss everything with your doctor.
