Hi, i am a 14 year old male from the United Kingdom. I am terrified, i really over-react to stufff but i think this may be serious, my left testicle is really hard compared to my right testicle. Also, throuughout the past couple of days i have felt some tingling in both of my testicles. Finally, i don't really know what a testicle is meant to feel like but, in some parts my testicle feels normal and at the ends of the testicle it feels raw. I beg someone replies soon, i am terrified and i don't want to over-react and tell my parents. Thank you
