Swollen lymph nodes in groin and tingling burning foot

Hello,

I am 24 years old and about 2 weeks ago I had noticed 3 swollen lymph nodes in my groin. They are twice to three times the size of my regular lymph nodes and are hard, rubbery and not moveable. I also got a super itchy rash on the right side of my hip as well as on my hand and arms. Before I noticed the swollen nodes I got the rash I felt sick almost flu like symptoms for two days but then they went away. Before all of this happened I have had very unusual leg/ foot tingling, burning sensation in my right leg (mostly my foot feels that way). I have had this tingling in my leg and foot for months now so im not sure if they are related but it seems strange that in the same side that my leg tingles that I have swollen lymph nodes. Also the rashes are practically healed and I was hoping that that would cause my lymph node swelling to go down but that was not the case. Has anything expericed anything like this or could possibly give any ideas of what it could be?

Thank you, I really appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this.

  • Welcome to the forum Lab22 although I'm sorry to read about all your symptoms, it sounds like you've had a lot to contend with.

Unfortunately no-one here can tell you what this is or means but your doctor can, so if you haven't done so already, do be sure to book an appointment with them so they can help you get to the bottom of this and put your mind at ease.

You can find out how to get the most out of your GP appointment just here.
