just wondering if people got a diagnosis of bowel cancer what were the symptoms?

I noticed a change in bowel habits about 4 weeks ago I've got severe diarrhoea going 9-10 times a day. Tummy pains just before going to the toilet and sometimes relieved by going. I was diagnosed with IBS 10 years ago but this is not really the same as I've had before. There is a lot of mucus in my stools and big lumps of undigested food ( sorry if TMI).

ive had a bacterial stool sample taken which was clear and a negative FIT test my gp has ordered another stool sample to check for inflammation and some bloods to be done.

im just worried this might be something sinister I know the chances are highly unlikely due to my age I'm 30 but can't help but worry.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
