I have never joined a forum let alone a cancer one. 
I just wanted to reach out and see if anyone has similar stories to mine. 
about two months ago I noticed indentation on my breast breast, underneath my aroela area. My breasts are saggy from having a child 6 years ago and from losing weight. The indent is what I can describe as puckering like a crater. It's probably 0.5cm all round. I have since noticed another indent slightly higher. I also have noticed my breast is shrinking , it's looking quite a bit smaller than my left. Now 3 weeks ago I found a lump which is pretty much behind where the indents are. I have been to the doctor last week who felt the lump and have referred me on the two week path to breast clinic. My apt is next Tuesday. The lump is slightly movable and feels rounded and smooth but pretty hard. I have extreme anxiety and panic disorder so having to go through this is just awful for me. Can someone give me an insight if they have had anything similar and the outcome, or any benign issues that can cause these too. I also have to mention that I have fibromyalgia and upper right abdominal pain which I am being tested for and have had it for months now. But I use my hot water bottle on this area and I have burnt my skin and also burnt some of my breast which has left some red bruise like burns slightly. It's because when I hold it on to my upper stomach it can't help but rest on my breast too.  I don't know whether breast changes can be caused from direct excessive heat exposure daily. I believe the skin on this breast has become a lot more thin skinned due to the heat. I would appreciate any help.
