Hi everyone! (if you got a few spare hours - oops - please read on - sorry for the long post)

I suppose I'm looking for support or stories from anyone out there going through anything similar.

I'm a 39yr old female and I've been having Gynae issues for about 1.5 years now (excessive lengthly and very heavy periods - someitmes for 14 days, very short cycles and almost continuous light bleeding between periods - along with a lot of pain in right ovary area, right lower back/hip). Had an ultrasound to check for fibroids/polyps last March - a small simple cyst on right ovary but not concerning. Early December I ended up laying on the floor with pain in (what feels like)  my right ovary and had started suffering from constant urinary incontinence so I took myself to GP.

GP did CA125 and full blood count first week December. CA125 was 99, CRP slightly raised.

Meanwhile, one day after the bloods were drawn, I ended up in excrutiating pain (out of nowhere) coming from gallbladder area of my right upper tummy. When I saw I was up all night crying in pain - I almost called myself an ambulance but hesitated because of Covid19. I continued having BAD pain in that area through all of December, sore when I took a deep breath - I couldn't yawn, laugh or sneeze and couldn't eat (or the pain got worse) I lost weight through lack of food and I was taki9ng pain killers and an-acids continouously. MY GP suspected Cholecystitis and inclued my whole abdomen in referrel for Ultrasound (to check ovary AND gallbladder)

I assumed maybe my CA125 was raised because of Gallbladder problems. I have since started eating again and the pain remains there if I over exert myself or bend in certain ways - but is MUCH milder - there is also a very solid little lump that feels like a pebble and  is extremely painful with pressure (upper right tummy just under ribs close to Gallbladder) 

Because of rising covid numbers and stresses on hospitals I didn't manage to have my ultrasound until last week, sonographer told me everything looks perfect! No gallstones whatsoever, no inflammation of gallbladder and a simple cyst on the right ovary which is 3.8cm and nothing of concern.

I am now so confused. Gynae symptoms at the moment I have a constant VERY MILD dull ache in right ovary area and I am now on day 10 of light bleeding (pink) which started 23rd January after having a 14 day heavy period which ended on 02/01. I feel like I'm constantly bleeding and if I'm not bleeding theres some type of discharge of liquid whether it's urinary or otherwise I'm not even sure;

I have a urodynamics procedure next week in relation to the incontinence. Spoke to my doctor today -  Whole abdoment US came back clear normal for gallbladder/liver/spleen/ovaries/uterus etc - and he's consulting with another doctor before they decided what they want to do next - could be gynae/gastro referral and I would hope a repeat of CA125 test.

Anyone else had raised CA125 and irregular bleeding but no worrying ovarian cyst etc?

I'm trying not to worry but all the bleeding, incontinence and the raised CA125 has me the most worried.
