Had white small bump, now but red & slightly raised. Now feel big grape like thing in same area. Dr couldn't really find it as every time I grabbed it, to pass to dr, it seemed to slip away. It's in different place as in lower breast where it bulges when standing. Dr said bump didn't look bad and although she couldn't feel grape thing, I can, so as per norm would refer me as urgent. I got home and read drs notes it said suspected breast cancer but I saw on another post it's the norm. I'm freaking out with worry any ideas please. No other symptoms like pain or discharge. I'm over 40
