Hi I'm Sarah and I'm 44, I'm also driving myself crazy thinking I have Breast cancer. I have no lumps no other symptoms other than a heavy feeling in my left breast and the occasional pain behind my left nipple. I saw a Dr at the start of Dec who examined me and could find no sign / lump. He diagnosed a condition called Costochondritis but I'm convinced in my head it's Cancer and I'm going to die leaving my 10,4 and 2 year olds behind. I have a phone consultation booked but in the mean time I'm driving myself insane. Please help
