Hi I am Just wondering if anyone can help me. I have been suffering for almost a year with constant cramps 

and lower back pain and ache. This weekend I've had to stay in bed and no matter what I take it doesn't go. The pain has been waking me up in the night as it radiates down my legs. I've had some spotting on and off nothing major. But I just feel wiped out. 
my periods when I have them are heavy usually for 1-2 days I have to stay home as I leak through Everything. I am booking a smear tomorrow as I had a letter from the doctors saying I've missed one which I haven't ! I've always booked as soon as I needed one. I can't remember my last one. I am

constantly bloated and I know it's not good bloating I can tell the difference. I kept for

months thinking it was period pains but I seem to get 1 days relief maybe the second day of my period then it's right back again it's becoming unbearable. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this ?
