Spotting after colposcopy

Hi, I went for a colposcopy 2 days ago and was told to come back next month for a loop biopsy. However, I have had mild cramps and pain when I stretch or cough on my lower stomach since then. I have also noticed some light spotting today. Is this normal? Sorry I'm only 24 so I'm quite concerned. Thanks

    I'm sorry to hear that you've had some cramping and spotting following your colposcopy. I do hope that things have settled since you posted however if you're still feeling concerned, do get in touch with your GP who will be able to offer you some advice.
