Pain in breast and shoulder blade pain

I had a mammogram February 2020 which was clear. Recently I have been having alot of pain/discomfort in my left breast and have had a shoulder blade pain the same side. A couple of days ago I have noticed an indentation on the same breast . I am waiting for an appointment at breast clinic but am so worried. Would this be anything to worry about after having a clear mammogram one year ago?

I dont want to worry you because it could be anyhting but you can still get BC after a clear mammogram

Sorry I had replied to another chat. Yes after having lots of sleepless nights and worry I have had another mammogram and ultra scan which showed nothing but deep tissue which is not a problem. The indent was nothing to worry about therefore I was all clear
