Is it breast cancer?

In November2020 I notice my right breast feeling achy,nipple sore ,shredding skin and little bright red pimples about 5 a round the nipple.driving me mad really itchy and red roar.about 2 weeks later inching stop pimples fading and the pain of my nipple pulling it self  in .thought it was cos it was winter and cold .but couldn't put bra on .any way I had enough and in the bath Tryed squeezing nipple side to side and bottom to top til nearly out ,crying it pain just squeezed so hard that it just went pop ,the only way I can describe it ,was like popping teenage spot and puss shot out .after about 5 days nipple pain less.then over week or so my breast was looking square ish,and purple and blue patches horrible looking and looks bumpy all on the right bottom breast.then pain at top of breast cos it like it pulling down now pressure ,pulling,uncomfortable twinging just near arm pit and 1cm under armpit.I went doctors and she said she could feel lump or lumps in breast but I was half laying down on the bed .doc said about screening test said it would take 3 weeks cos covid .10 mins after getting home from doc got phone call in on the 26 Feb .the doc said to rule breast cancer out and have tests.I got hospital letter yesterday comferming appointment but the doctor has SUSPECTED BREAST CANCER. now worried cos my great auntie died of breast cancer diagnosis age 45 died age 47/48 my mum diagnosis cervical cancer  age 49/50 died  age 52 ,I'm 41 this year  is it in the family Gene ,I have 8 kids youngest is 4  I'm really worried,well scared not of dying just leaving my kids .my mammogram is Tuesday I read u have to wait 7-14 day after for results is this true what happens on the day of mamagram how long does it take do I get to speak to doctor on the day ? Does anyone know

    I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. Your symptoms are very different to mine so I'm afraid I can't comment on those but I can tell you about my own experience of my initial appointments & testing in the hope that helps.
     

    I saw the consultant before and after each of my mammograms, I also had an ultrasound the same day of 2 of them. He initially examined me and discussed what would happen next and then after he talked about what the mammogram and ultrasound had shown. 
     

    The first time round as it was a lump they brought me back for a needle biopsy, it took a week and a half for the results. This time for me they a concerned with the ducts so they can't biopsy the same way so I'm currently waiting for surgery.
