I went to the toilet the other day for a wee and when I wiped I found brown discharge, this continued all day. 
 

I recently came off the Depop injection and hasn't had a period for a year, just over a week ago I go my first one so I put the discharge down to some blood being left over.

however today. I've gone to the toilet and I have the same discharge and I noticed blood in my stool. I'm a serious worried and google has made me crazy. 
 

Has anyone else had anything like this?
