Hi all. 

I'm new to this so please forgive me for asking so many questions or any mumble jumble.

I've had extremely back pain for over 18months now, just been referred to physiotherapy that has had no effect,  around a month or so ago I found a really hard non moveable lump  on my left side of my chest slightly above my breast. I didn't think much off it & just thought it was a bone and nothing to be concerned about, however my husband made me make an appointment at the Dr's which I went to today and been referred for an ultrasound. I have also lost some weight in recent months and wouldn't say I've dieted , this along with the back pain and the lump,  has anyone experienced the same ? What happens at an ultrasound? Should I be concerned?
