stomach cancer

hi, I've had a colostomy for over 10 years now, i found out over time what i could and couldn't eat and everything settled down, just before xmas i was rushed into hospital with a twisted small intestine and eventually after a few days i passed some stools. but every time i eat something now i get a pain in my stomach and I'm struggling to pass anything, never had trouble before. the pain is really bad when my output gets stuck so now I'm taking a laxedo every time i eat, just needed to talk, really worried it's stomach cancer, made appointment with doctors so will find out later, just keeping my fingers crossed and hoping it's nothing serious ?
