Hard lumps arm pit and bone pain same arm

I am new to the site.
I have been having full arm pain left arm, much worse at night. Because of this I have been feeling around, I have x2 rock hard lumps in my arm pit, x1 Marble size and x1 pea size.

I have a Dr appointment today and scare myself so much keep googling.

has anybody else had similar and what was the outcome.

Good luck with your appt today. Iv found a lump on my
lefT breast this week and had the doctor examine it they did a referral to breast clinic and Iv got an appt
within 8 days. Try not to worry hope everything goes well for You today

I went for my referral and they did an ultrasound they didn't find anything.
How did ur appt go? Xx

so pleased everything ok for you x
I have also now been seen scans showed multiple breast cysts & reactive lymph nodes in arm pit, so all ok.
