I can totally relate to ur post hun. Im 33 I have had an odd pain in my left breast and also felt a hard lumpy bit near the top side of my inner left breast I didnt thnk too much of it till it lasted for over a month Iv got family History of cancer too.

i have just been to see my

GP yesterday for a breast examination she said there was nothing to worry about but then today I received a fast tracked appt for 26/01 which has made my anxiety hit the roof.

I hope you get on ok too. It's a very worrying time. Hopefully we are worrying over nothing.

just to let you know I got the all clear. I had a mammogram and a ultrasound after the doctor examined me. They found nothing to worry about. He said there is a tiny cyst there but doesn't think that would cause anything. 
He said breast pain is very common and breasts can also change with age. I'm so relieved. Can hopefuly sleep better tonight. 
 I hope you go on ok

I hope everything goes ok for you. Even though I got the all clear, I still haven't slept good. I can't get comfortable as struggle to sleep on my front. I still have the pain and still really don't know why? 
I'm wondering if it is the cyst which he said doesn't think. I'm going to try less caffeine as in leaflets says this can trigger breast pain. 
it's painful to ignore really.

Hi I'm relieved is an understatement!!!  

they did an examination and then an ultrasound and said there was nothing at all. May have been a hormonal lump. 
I still Sore beasts but atleast I know it's nothing major now. Thank you so much for the support ️
