I had my first smear in june 2020 which came back abnormal cells and changes and also hpv positive. So i got transferred for a colposcopy and punch biopsy. They then said that i should wait another year to have another smear to see if theres any change. But I've been having a few problems since the start of 2020. I suffer from pains and aches in my lower ride side of back pretty much every day and night which started in march 2020 i got a kidney infection and urosepsis  and was hospital for 3 days since then ive had 3 utis. My periods are also changing the last 2 recent periods were really late the first one was over 2 weeks and this one over a week. The pain in my right side is just always there its either a pain or a ache. What should i do? Doctors dont seem to be helping at all. Should i be concerned?
