Hi everyone 

lim new here and looking for some information.I have the breast clinic tomorrow...petrified is an understatement.I have a red mark on my breast with a small lump underneath,I have read that it could be fat necrosis but don't remember knocking myself at all which is one of the causes.

can anyone point me in right direction of the difference in a cancer lump or fat necrosis.I'm panicking that I have stage 3 breast cancer,hoping this isn't the cases and trying to stay positive
