Hi, 

2 weeks ago I had an urgent referral to the ent due to one enlarged tonsil and chronic ear pain. Went along for my appointment 2 days after the referral had a camera up my nose. Consultant then mentioned that I had some form of ulcer/crater on my tonsil that he was concerned about especially with me being only 29. He then took a biopsy (that was awful ). 

I have just got home from having an MRI on my neck with contrast. 

My question is, can I call the ent department for my biopsy results? I have an outpatient appointment with the consultant on Sunday but I haven't slept, I've hardly ate, I'm signed off work because I can't concentrate.

I am absolutely petrified about the results to be honest but I would just rather know instead of worrying again all week.
