Just wanted to see if any of you might be able to share their experiences with me. 
About 4 months ago I started with irregular bleeding, I haven't had a proper period since August. I'm on progesterone only contraception and so I put it down to that and didn't think much of it.

In November I turned 25 and went for my first smear test. It came back HPV positive and with cellular changes so I was referred to colposcopy.

On the 5th of January I went for my appointment, the consultant told me she could see some changes and that she would biopsy them and I'd hear back in a letter within 4 weeks.

I'm sure I'm not alone in that I'm finding the waiting really difficult. It's been nearly 2 weeks and I can't quite fathom having to wait all this time over again before I might hear anything. How long did anyone else find their results to take? I was feeling slightly less nervous because they hadnt called me in the first week but I'm thinking now that it might be a bit naive of me to think that way.
