Hi everyone

im new to this so please bear with me.I have a red mark on my breast that the doctor gave me antibiotics for,they did not clear it.went for a gp breast examination and she just said I don't know and gave me steroid cream saying it could be an infection ‍♀️

I was then given the option to attend the breast clinic,she did not just refer me.is this good news ? I don't know.I suffer with very bad anxiety and every morning I just hate getting out of bed and start worrying straight away.

im recently going through a marriage seperation after finding out husband was having an affair so since September my life has been full of depression.

I was looking forward to a new start this year and making it my year ,but this has set me back and 17 days into the new year I haven't even smiled yet .anyone with any advice as to why this is on outside of breast as I was under the impression that lumps were felt under the skin and couldn't be seen just felt
