Hi, I have been diagnosed with Cervical ectropion. I'm 32. The symptoms I've had are the following:

bleeding between periods

very heavy periods

pain and bleeding after sex 

pain in pelvic area

i am however concerned that it may be something more sinister so I have requested to see a gyno, on the basis that my symptoms have got worse

I'm 33 - don't have any bleeding due to the contraception I'm on (I don't have periods) so therefore this isn't a symptom for me! I do however bleed after sex!

I've been cramping recently and had some lower back pain too! 

It's just so scary isn't it! Fear the worst!!

We all fear the worst at times, which is why we find ourselves on these forumns looking for guidence, advice and similar storries. 

I know its hard to not dread or fear the worst especially when it comes to the big C, however im sure all will be ok and your results will be all ok. Thats the best way to look at it at the moment because there is no point worrying about the unknown until you have a diagnosis. Worrying will just make you poorly. As I said, I know its easier said than done.

I hope all will be ok and everthing comes back as normal. Please keep intouch once you get your results.
