I have this exact problem. 

Has taken a while for the doctor to investigate the issue but they are at the moment. 

Are you any further in finding out what it is? Would be interested to know.

my doctor examined me and said it was basically just my colon that was full of hard poop, he gave me some fibre drinks to drink every night and it seems to of helped a lot! 
I hope everything goes okay with you, wouldn't worry too much about it, easier said than done though of course

Hey did you ever get this sorted? And what was it? I have the same just had ct done today! I'm freaking out! Even other I pass a bm I still have this shape! I also feel sick all the time and bloated and some pain before going toilet not always. And often bleed! 

Hey, did you get any results after your CT scan? I've had the same lump for a year or so now, sometimes it's bigger and harder than other times. Would be great to have mind put at ease of encouragement to go get it checked out.
