I have marble sized lump above my left testicle

The lump is detached hurts a small  bit when squeezed fairly hard and i don't know if it's dangerous i am worried that my son could possibly have the same issue ( 15 years ). The lump is soft and fairly squishy and i don't notice it unless i squeeze it in particular i doesn't seem to change in size to much

    Hi Ned,

    I'd say it's definitely better to be safe than sorry!  It will take less than 5 minutes for your doctor to check you over.  Maybe try and get an sppointment for you and your son to go together.

    If it's nothing, you've wasted 5 minutes of your life and have peace of mind.  If it's something worth investigating further, you've caught it early.

    definitely better to be safe than sorry and get it checked out! I have a similar thing, pea sized lump above my left testicle and same symptoms as you in terms of pain.

    I went to a GP to check it out and I was told it is simply a cyst in the tubes attached to the testicle (whatever they're called), and I was told it is super common. but always get it checked out if you're unsure just to be able to relax!
