Hi I had to have a procedure 1 week ago today , I had to have some cells burnt of my cervix and a biopsy taken , I felt fine no pain at all and no bleeding and no discharge everything was fine,  my doctor said not to exercise for 3 days so I took her advice , day 4 I started my exercise routine again , spinning sessions and light weights , today I have period pains and light bleeding,  is this normal? Not having any bleeding after the procedure then 1 week after I've started bleeding?. I have the implant so I dont have periods.
