Hi I'm 21.

I also have terrible anxiety, my pain is below my belly button. 
I had pain on my upper right abdomen for months while pregnant (wasn't even showing by this point so it wasn't baby pushing organs up) - abdominal scan came out fine & the pain subsided quickly. Weirdly enough recently I wore the same bra I wore often in early pregnancy & lo and behold! The same pain started in the same place. 
 

im not saying it's your bra but sometimes it can even be small things like this that cause pains in your abdomen. Sending you love and hugs. I know anxiety is hard enough to deal with as it is. Message me if you needs support x
