Hello everyone..I am new here.
I am very worried. I visited my GP today as I was getting pain under my left breast and some itchiness, mainly in one small patch of my right breast. I also have noticed (since putting on a bit of weight in the last few months) that my right arm is slightly fatter than my left and I can feel this in some of my more constricting clothes but can't really see when looking in the mirror.
I had a breast examination and she found a small, pea sized lump in my right breast. This news has knocked me for six. I do check my breasts but have not noticed this lump before. She said she didn't seem concerned about it but as I have other symptoms that it may be best that I get referred to the breast clinic. I have been referred before in May 2019 as I was experiencing underarm pin back then and was given the all clear. I am now terrified that I have cancer and this could be why my right arm is slightly larger than my left.
Has anyone experienced similar symptoms before? I am beside myself! I have a wonderful husband and a gorgeous 5 year old boy and I am so so scared.
